Brit's to Remake Speed Racer

Just so you know, Tom hated Speed Racer. He is therefore out of our club and will be getting a letter of reprimand, which will stay in his Film Buff employment file. My understanding is that he thought the steering wheels were on the wrong side. If I recall, they were in the middle, right?
By the way, nice helmet Tom.

    i'm pretty sure the wheels were on the left side, not in the middle.
    but the japanese drew it that way and us north americans filmed it that way. so suck it uk.

    Tom hates the fountain too. What the fuck?

    Valid points. His head isn't the only thing Kris has been endlessly banging lately either. I didn't get The Fountain, the Pee Wee post disturbed me, but I stand by Speed Racer. I found a couple of dailies posted on Youtube for the upcoming Brit remake. It's looking good and the no-CGI promise seems to be holding.
